artwork specification

Please supply your artwork in accordance with this specification as we do not accept responsibility for print errors if artwork is incorrect.

Please send artwork to ads@yourlocalvoice.media if it is less than 10mb. If it is more than 10mb please send using www.wetransfer.com

Set Up

Artwork should include bleed and crop marks where necessary.

Resolution

All artwork should be supplied at a minimum of 300dpi.

Colour

Artwork should be saved as CMYK process colours. Your Local Voice newspaper cannot be held responsible for any unexpected results experienced from artwork supplied in non-CMYK colour.

Please ensure all Pantone or spot colours are converted to CMYK process colours.

Fonts

All fonts should be embedded (PDF's) or converted to outlines (Illustrator).

Supplying Artwork

We can accept artwork in the following file formats: PDF, EPS or JPEG. We do not accept artwork created in Microsoft programs.
